My husband and I used Seven Land and Seas to book our honeymoon to Ireland. It was a great experience all around. Yvonne helped us with all the booking and gave us great advice on the options we had. When our flight was delayed to begin with, Jim responded quickly as we were afraid we'd miss our connection to Dublin. Jim literally called the airline personally to make sure we would be ok, and started to explore other flight options if need be. It really put our minds at ease. We also had a nice surprise at the hotels we stayed in that they knew it was our honeymoon, and only Seven Land and Seas could have arranged that, as they did all of our reservations. It was a wonderful experience and I felt like they really worked with us and listened to what we wanted and found and planned us an amazing trip. Typically I prefer to stand back and let others do the legwork when it comes to reviewing businesses and vendors, but the exceptional service I have received so far from Alexandria-based Seven Lands and Seas Travel has inspired me to finally write a review.

After much deliberation, my fianc�e and I decided to book a honeymoon cruise following our upcoming wedding. I must admit that I was initially dismissive of the idea, having never cruised before and having no idea whatsoever what to look for in a cruise package. Enter Seven Lands and Seas. Following our initial contact, Yvonne responded immediately with several cruise options, with detailed information about what to expect from each. One of the best things about Seven Lands and Seas is their extensive experience. These folks live and breathe the cruise lifestyle, and their staff has personal first-hand knowledge about all of the luxury cruise lines and ships they work with. Yvonne spent over an hour with us sharing her own experiences on various cruises, and discussing the various options, amenities, excursions, and packages offered. We booked a 10-day Mediterranean cruise on the Celebrity Reflection that day!

A month or so later, she followed up with us to see how the wedding planning was going (busy!!!), and ask if we needed any help with making travel arrangements. We took her up on the offer, and within an hour, she presented us with a number of excellent flights and port transfer options to choose from.

Simply stated, the level of service and responsiveness we have received from Seven Lands and Seas Travel thus far has been unparalleled. Yvonne, Bob, Jim and everyone else has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and has made our honeymoon planning as seamless and simple as possible. We cannot wait for our cruise (and the wedding too...obviously!).

My husband and I just returned from a pre cruise trip to Machu Picchu and 15 day cruise on Oceania from Lima, Peru to New York City. Yvonne arranged a 4 day private tour of Cusco and Machu Picchu that included air from Lima, hotels and a private guide and driver. Jim is the best tour escort ever! I just completed my second cruise personally escorted by Seven Lands and Seas and have experienced that he takes such good care of his clients. The Viking Ocean voyage from Venice to Istanbul that he recommended was a revelation--great small ship cruising, well-led shore excursions, topped off by an extra day of culture and commerce in Istanbul. Jim led the way through the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Market after a morning of sightseeing.
